1. Introduction
Welcome to Ndihbrah Salon & Beauty Hub. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving any service from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before receiving any service.
2. Services Offered
Ndihbrah Salon & Beauty Hub offers a complete beauty and wellness experience, including but not limited to:
Hairdressing services (relaxers, curly perms, hair coloring, keratin treatments, keratin straightening, cuts, and styling)
Natural hair services (silk presses, twist-outs, sister locks, dreadlocks)
Hair extensions and wig services (sew-ins, wig making and installation, braiding, men’s toupees, and alopecia or balding solutions)
Nail services (basic and gel manicures and pedicures, nail extensions, repairs, and nail art)
Bridal and groom packages (hair, nails, makeup, grooming)
Massage and wellness services (head, shoulders, arms, feet, and full-body massage)
Sale of hair products including weaves, wigs, frontals, closures, bundles, tape-ins, I-tip, and bulk hair
All services are provided following professional consultation and assessment.
3. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability.
Deposits may be required for certain services.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
Walk-in services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients should notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to show up without notice may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and may change without prior notice.
Full payment is required immediately after service completion.
Accepted payment methods include cash, mobile money, or other approved methods.
6. Refunds & Adjustments
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please report the issue within 48 hours.
Adjustments or corrections may be offered at the salon’s discretion.
No refunds will be issued due to change of mind or personal preference.
7. Hair, Skin & Health Disclaimer
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, scalp issues, or sensitivities before treatment.
Ndihbrah Salon & Beauty Hub is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and aftercare.
8. Product Sales
All products are checked at the time of purchase.
Products sold cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the salon.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The salon is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Client Conduct
Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients is mandatory.
Any form of abuse, harassment, or misconduct will lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
11. Photography & Marketing
Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes with client consent. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.
12. Health & Safety
We uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Clients are expected to follow salon safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ndihbrah Salon & Beauty Hub shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided, except as required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
